Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking an experienced RN for Methodist Fremont Health Hospital in Fremont, NE. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited diploma program or college of nursing with ASN or BSN.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Nebraska RN license or valid compact multistate license.
• BLS required at time of hire or within 3 months.
• ACLS preferred.
• Two to five years inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer resources and nursing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and thorough patient assessments and reassessments.
• Formulate nursing diagnoses and plan care; revise as patients respond.
• Implement and manage nursing treatment regimens with professional judgment.
• Educate patients and families; document care per standards.
• Evaluate care plans and outcomes; adjust as needed for patient goals.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and other departments.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance; OSHA/JCIA/CLIA awareness.
