Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System's Methodist Women's Hospital in Elkhorn, NE is seeking an experienced RN for 12-hour night shifts (6:45PM–7:15AM) with rotating weekends/holidays. Accountable for delivering quality patient care, assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the care team.

Requirements include a BSN/MSN or ADN with 5 years of nursing experience; Nebraska RN license; BLS/ACLS; TNCC/ENPC/PALS; ED/ICU experience preferred. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required or ADN with plan to obtain BSN/MSN within 5 years.
• Nebraska RN license and active BLS/ACLS.
• ED/ICU experience preferred; strong nursing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and assess patient needs.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with the care team.
• Implement interventions per plan and ensure patient safety.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and communicate changes via SBAR.
