Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs.
• Develops an individualized plan of care with patient goals.
• Administers and supervises holistic patient care.
• Assesses pain and comfort; implements pain management plan.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team (IDT) for patient care.
• Provides teaching to patient and family about care needs and rights.
