You will perform assessments, plan and implement individualized care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes. The role requires Florida RN licensure, strong clinical and communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Florida license or eligibility.
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment by following safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in shift handovers and coordinate care across shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and respond to emergencies.
