You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, and monitor patient conditions while ensuring confidentiality and safety. The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, documentation in electronic records, and delivering empathetic support to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in healthcare.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and document vital signs, behaviors, and symptoms; report changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean and supportive environment for patients.
• Transport patients within the facility as needed.
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote recovery.
• Assist with patient records and documentation in EHR.
• Support the healthcare team to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.
