Job summary

Singing River Ocean Springs Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7PM-7AM). The RN will provide patient care using the Nursing Process, support new grads through the Singing River Nurse Residency Program, and must be licensed in Mississippi with BCLS certification on hire.

Certification in ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NRP may be required by specialty area. New graduates are encouraged to apply; the role reports to Patient Care Manager and requires de-escalation training within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi.
• All RNs must complete and maintain BCLS certification on hire/transfer.
• Certifications listed by specialty include ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP as applicable.
• Minimum of one year inpatient clinical experience, within the past five years or in a successful refresher.
• Must complete de-escalation training by end of orientation (90 days).
