Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Hurricane, WV to deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and maintain PCC documentation. The role emphasizes patient safety, care planning, and compassionate service within a long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates have an ADN or BSN, an active RN license, and BLS/CPR certification; long-term care experience is preferred, with strong English communication throughout the care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of Nurse Supervisor or Manager.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
• Support discharge planning and patient safety through coaching and oversight.
