Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts (7pm–7am) to provide compassionate hospice care in the Upstate Community Hospice House. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and maintain clear communication with patients, families, and the care team.

The RN will drive the care team to deliver high-quality, meaningful patient experiences while enjoying leadership support and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Completed accredited nursing program and an active RN license.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in clinical care; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team.
• Drive the care team to ensure each patient receives quality care.
