Agape Care Group in South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, quality hospice care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with the patient, the patient's family, and the care team.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure high-quality care.
