Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Castle Rock, CO, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts on our Staff/Nurse team. You will deliver direct patient care to individuals in treatment for substance use and mental health conditions, under the supervision of a medical provider.

You will participate in comprehensive nursing assessments, administer medications, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while supporting a multidisciplinary team in a 60-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under medical supervision.
• Complete nursing assessments and admissions documentation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients.
• Monitor psychiatric symptoms and safety; respond to crises.
• Document accurately in the EMR and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and treatment team.
