Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Nightshift Staff Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role. You will join a 60-bed dual-diagnosis facility, delivering direct patient care from detox to residential treatment, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery outcomes.

The position requires an active Colorado LPN license, nursing degree/diploma, and 2+ years of experience, preferably in inpatient SUD/MH.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in Colorado.
• Nursing degree or diploma; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient dual-diagnosis (SUD & MH) setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of medical provider.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and admission documentation.
• Administer medications and provide education as indicated.
• Monitor patients for psychiatric symptoms and safety; report changes to leadership.
• Transcribe and implement provider orders; document accurately in EMR; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support integrated patient care.
