Kirkwood Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time role involves 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing resident-centered care and supervising clinical staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Missouri RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license in good standing (state license).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Ensure infection prevention and control standards.
