Kirkwood Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team, offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus and $40/hr plus shift differential. Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

The RN provides resident-centered care, supervises clinical staff, administers medications, coordinates with physicians, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualificações

• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and resident-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Provide resident and family education
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and infection control standards
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
• Respond quickly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while supervising clinical staff and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. This role is responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
