Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at FMC Main Campus. Pay rate ranges from $33.50 to $49.60 hourly with a $15,000 bonus.

The position involves supervising care, patient education, and coordinating with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and maintaining FMC policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ASN/BSN).
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care based on a family centered approach.
• Provides education for the patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge process.
• Provides thorough, concise, accurate and legible documentation of the nursing process.
• Works closely with physicians and other team members addressing patient/family concerns to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Administers medications and performs treatments in an accurate safe manner.
• Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with FMC policies and procedures.
• Ensures equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care, reporting malfunctions to proper department.
