Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN).
• Current Ohio nursing license (RN) required.
• CPR certification required; previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individualized patient care.
• Provide family-centered nursing education from admission to discharge.
• Document nursing process thoroughly and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to ensure smooth care transitions.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with FMC policies and equipment readiness.
• Support clinic workflows and patient care processes.
