Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift at the 4th Med/Surg unit on the FMC Main Campus in Lancaster, OH. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $33.50 to $49.60 hourly and a $15,000 bonus.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care using the nursing process, while maintaining family-centered education and accurate documentation throughout the patient journey.

Qualifications

• CPR required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with Diploma/ADN/BSN.
• Current Ohio nursing license to practice.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide family-centered education from admission through discharge.
• Document nursing process clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to ensure smooth transition of care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per policy.
• Ensure FMC policies and procedures are followed.
