Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an RN II for the Resource Pool at our Bedford location. This full-time night shift (7P-7A) covers weekends and holidays on a rotating basis, with no on-call requirement. The role involves floating across Observation, PCU/CSU and Med Surg units, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and current BCLS; ACLS and CPI may be required for float dept. Residency programs are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma, Associate's Degree Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic human needs and priorities for safety, physical, psychological and social aspects.
• Engages families in health care situations and supports mutual problem solving.
• Models professional behaviors and teamwork to ensure patient and family understanding and decisions.
