Job summary

CMC Phoenix is seeking an Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure continuous, high‑quality patient care during the night shift.

You will coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, supervise clinical operations, and serve as a liaison among nurses, physicians, and administration while addressing emergencies with composure.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• A Level One Fingerprint Card required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight for hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Address staffing issues and allocate personnel as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and address patient or family concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration.

Job Summary
