Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Tallahassee is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to lead nightly operations in our post-ICU focused facility. You will oversee staffing, patient flow, and care quality across units, ensuring safe, compassionate treatment for critically ill patients.

You will supervise resources during your shift, foster a healthy teamwork environment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary staff to uphold policies, improve operations, and deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Experience in critical care or management is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
