Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Des Moines is seeking a dedicated House Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing care during the night shift. This full-time role includes rotating weekends, holidays, and three night shifts per week, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

You will oversee operational workflow, mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain a supportive, patient-centered environment across units during your shift.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required at hire.
• Experience in critical care or progressive clinical care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitoring the workplace to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to improve operations and patient care.
