Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. The RN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes a night shift with a $4 evening differential and a $3 night differential, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive facility support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be CPR certified (active or able to obtain).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
