Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work at the Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center in East St. Louis, Illinois. In this role, you will provide holistic nursing care under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate must hold an associate's degree, active CPR certification, and be able to obtain a security clearance. This position offers night shifts with rotating weekends, competitive pay, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
