Job summary

Mercy Hospital South seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Requires RN licensure in Missouri and BLS certification.

BSN preferred; ADN accepted with eligibility. You will lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and participate in ongoing professional development within Mercy's values and service standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri or eligible for compact licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN/BSN).
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/other certifications may be required for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain confidentiality.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and follows Mercy Service Standards.
