Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to patients and families.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the plan of care.
• Develops comprehensive individualized care plans and discharge planning.
• Mentors/precepts junior staff and supports unit-based education.
