Good Samaritan – Bethany, Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 12-hour night shifts in a 79-bed long-term care setting. You will provide individualized nursing care, collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate care across shifts.

Nursing practice adheres to state rules and professional standards. Requirements include an unencumbered MN RN license (multistate allowed) and a preferred Bachelor’s in Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Supervise delegated tasks and ensure safe, reliable administration of care within standards.
