Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the healthcare team. You will direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to foster patient/family centered care.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, Michigan RN license, and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree and ACLS certification are preferred to support advanced care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
