Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians to design, implement, and evaluate the patient’s plan of care and outcomes.
• Provide complex nursing care and supervise the care team per unit competencies.
• Ensure patient care quality and patient satisfaction.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Maintain daily operations of the Patient Care Center.
