Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking an RN for the Resource Team/Float Pool. This per diem night shift role covers 7:00pm–7:30am in Arlington Heights, with Level 1 per diem commitment of at least 48 hours every 6 weeks (including 24 weekend hours).

Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80, dependent on expertise and experience. Eligible candidates will have an ADN or BSN, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification; the position includes competitive benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data.
• Coordinates patient plan of care for safety and timeliness.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Tailors patient and family teaching to learning needs.
