Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Resource Team/Float Pool in Arlington Heights, IL. This per diem position has hours from 7:00pm to 7:30am and requires at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including 24 hours on weekends.

The RN will assess patients, coordinate care plans, communicate with the care team, and support families through teaching and guidance. Per diem nursing duties vary with patient needs and unit demand.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and health data collection with patient, family and other providers.
• Coordinates patient care plan to ensure safe, timely and appropriate interventions.
• Communicates clearly in person, by phone and in writing with all customers.
