Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a skilled RN to join the Resource Team/Float Pool on a per diem basis. The position is based at our Arlington Heights location and requires night hours from 7:00pm to 7:30am with a Level 1 per diem commitment.

Candidates must hold an Associate's degree or BSN, be licensed to practice nursing in Illinois, and hold current CPR certification. Expected pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 per hour, with eligibility for per diem benefits and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients and colleagues in person, by phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessed learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating nursing practice quality and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

Education

Associate's degree in nursing

BSN

Current IL nursing license
