Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Resource Team/Float Pool on a per diem night shift (7pm–7:30am). You will provide compassionate nursing care, float between units, and support a 48-hour six-week schedule with weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS: IL RN license, NLN-accredited program completion, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification. Prior nursing or CNA experience is favored for new grads.

Qualifications

• Current professional nursing licensure in Illinois required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; float/nurse resource experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care on a designated unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering patient care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
