Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Current Kansas RN licensure.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS required for Tele, ICU and PCU.
• Oncology certification required post-surgery.
• All certifications must be completed within first year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe patient care delivery for diverse patient populations.
• Assess patient/family needs, develop and prioritize goals, evaluate care.
• Continually revise the plan of care to meet patient needs.
• Delegate care as appropriate to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
