Job summary

This non-exempt role offers a weekend schedule, a $10,000 sign-on for external hires, and a pay range of $37.51–$81.95 per hour, with final offers based on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required; ACLS if available/required by unit.
• BSN degree preferred; experience with the nursing process.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing standards and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care within the setting.
• Delegates appropriately according to competency and role.
