Job summary

St. Tammany Parish Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care from 7pm to 7am PRN. This role involves supervising a team of nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of quality health care to the patients.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Louisiana RN license and must have BLS certification. Experience in Med/Surg and excellent communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LA RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using therapeutic techniques.
• Supervise nursing staff and UNIT team members.
• Ensure patient's safety and health at all times.
