Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Family Birthplace on a full-time night shift to join our team. Use the nursing process to provide compassionate patient care, maintain rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with other departments.

You will evaluate care effectiveness and stay compliant with Mercy Service Standards while continuing education and certifications as required. This role supports Mercy's mission and community impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: active RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS/PALS and hospital competencies within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights.
