Job summary

MidState Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts, with orientation completed and as part of the Family Birthing float pool. The RN will provide care under the Clinical Manager, following the state nurse practice act and hospital policies.

Current CT RN license, previous RN experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment are required. BSN is preferred. Hartford HealthCare network supports career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under the direction of the Clinical Manager according to hospital policies and standards of practice.
• Develops and implements a plan of care incorporating patient and family needs across age groups.
