Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Must have previous RN experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Self-directed in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and physician orders.
• Develop and implement a plan of care using the nursing process to meet physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
