Job summary

UW Health East Madison Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Trauma Level IV Emergency Department. This role works 90% FTE on 7:00 pm–7:30 am night shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation, at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

You will apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced setting with adults and/or pediatric patients, providing critical assessments and interventions. A strong team of nurses and providers supports you as you grow in emergency care excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and WI RN license required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience; 1 year ICU/CCU/ED preferred.
• ACLS, CPR required; TNCC/ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment and emergency care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED.
• Work in a Trauma Level IV Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Rotate nights and weekends per schedule.
