Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for night shifts at a Level 4 trauma facility in Mount Pleasant, WI. The 13-week contract runs on a 12-hour night schedule with 1900–0730 shifts, starting Oct 12, 2026. RN must meet ED experience and certification requirements and work with a full ED support team.

The facility features 60 beds, stroke readiness, and COVID vaccine requirements. Weekend rotations apply with on-call not required and holidays shared.

Qualifications

• RN with 18 months of ED experience required.
• Trauma/Stroke-ready environment exposure preferred.
• Must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department nursing care for post-surgical, trauma and medical patients.
• Perform airway management and RSI as needed.
• Administer cardiac drips and manage codes during shifts.
