Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, MI seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time Emergency Services (7p-7:30am). Provides professional nursing care using critical thinking and the nursing process, supervises the nursing team, and collaborates with other disciplines to deliver high-quality care.

This position requires current Michigan RN licensure, completion of a nursing program, and certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC within one year.

Formación

• Current licensure in Michigan as a Registered Nurse
• BLS from Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS and PALS certification
• TNCC certification within one year

Responsabilidades

• Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
• Documentation of patient care in EMR and tracking progress
• Directing and supervising nursing staff and collaborating with other disciplines
• Adherence to infection prevention standards and safety
• Participation in professional development and unit-based improvement activities
