Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time Emergency Services (7pm–7:30am). You will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patients, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires Michigan RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and TNCC within one year, with a focus on infection control and patient education. Night shift benefits and safety protocols are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing program.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; TNCC within one year.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Document patient conditions, treatments and progress accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with care teams and supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Educate patients and families and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and hospital policies.
