Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care according to unit standards in Critical Care/Telemetry.
• Collaborate with patients and families to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Document clinical findings and care delivered per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families, tailoring education to age and cultural context.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and respond to emergencies to ensure quality care.
