Responsibilities

• Utilizing the Nursing Process provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.
• Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Utilizes effective communication to teach patients and families how to comply with treatment plans to maintain good health.
