Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) to support surgical patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and document care per the medical plan of care, critical pathways, and SRH policies, coordinating with the care team.

As the charge/lead nurse, you will delegate tasks to other professionals and provide patient and family teaching to support treatment adherence and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to surgical patients using the Nursing Process.
• Act as charge/lead nurse and coordinate care with other professionals and ancillary staff.
• Document care per medical plan of care, policies, and standard work.
