Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care: Rapid Response Team at Advocate Trinity Hospital in Chicago. The RN will provide targeted patient care during 7pm-7am shifts, engage in safety initiatives, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of clinical nursing experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with proficiency in electronic health records and evidence-based

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice where care is provided.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• Document accurately in the EHR and ensure timely records.
