Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN to participate in patient-centered nursing care across the continuum. You will assess and plan care, collaborate with the care team, and document in the EHR while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced health system. On-site responsibilities may include floating as needed within the service area.

Qualifications

• RN license required with ability to practice in applicable state.
• BSN preferred; active CPR/BLS certifications may be required.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgement and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed within service area.
