Job summary

C002 Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) in Wisconsin is seeking experienced Emergency or Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our Rapid Response Team. In this role, you will prioritize patient assessment of high-risk patients and collaborate with various departments to ensure safety and compliance with clinical practices.

Candidates should possess an active South Carolina RN license and certification in BLS and ACLS. Previous critical care or emergency department experience is required. The shift for this position is from 7p to 7a with scheduled weekly hours of 36.

Qualifications

• Previous Critical Care or ED RN experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Active South Carolina RN license is mandatory.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize MEWS scores to assess high-risk patients.
• Evaluate patient care to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Respond to Rapid Response and Code Blue notifications.
• Coach staff on MEWS scores and clinical protocols.
