Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison is seeking a dedicated RN for the Stepdown / Critical Care unit to join a night shift team. You will provide hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment, partnering with clinical teams to ensure safe, high-quality care for patients and families.

Requirements include RN licensure, at least one year of RN experience, and BLS HCP certification. You will lead staffing, assess patient needs, and support ongoing staff education and patient care objectives.

• Responds to patient care complaints and escalates as needed.
• Participates in hiring, training, and staff development where appropriate.
