Job summary

This full-time night shift role involves assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience required.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Skills

Strong understanding of age-specific patient care needs

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
