Job summary

RI International is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Crisis - Cumberland Recovery Response Center in Fayetteville, NC. This full-time, night-shift role oversees medical, psychiatric, and substance use care for individuals, serving as a clinical liaison until they are enrolled in other services.

Expect an RN license, with one year in behavioral health preferred. The position includes a $39/hour wage and a $12,000 retention bonus, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid and current state RN license (Compact licensure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guest care and advocacy, coordinating services with health and social service agencies.
• Assist individuals with service planning documentation and assessments.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Participate in educational curriculum development.
• Supervise or provide nursing care, including monitoring diabetes and blood pressure.
• Respond to crisis calls and intervene as needed.
• Coordinate with outside medical and nursing support including pharmacy/lab.
• Adhere to regulations and Recovery Innovations policies.
• Communicate and document clinical information clearly.
